CS and CSP series storage containers are specifically designed for containing and handling of plastic materials in granules. They keep plastic granules in an environment protected from possible contamination, subsequently ensuring a quality processing.

• CS series containers are made with a hopper in stainless steel (possible also for food use on request), legs in painted steel, cover with handle and convenient support hook, wheels and probe holder tube.
  
• CSP series containers are made PE, complete with cover, wheels and probe holder tube.
  

Several models are available with capacities from 50 to 450 liters, which can be used next the transforming machine or in a centralized conveying system.

MSC 800 modular storage containers are the result of a new concept in terms of rationalization and economy of transport, as well as storage and handling of loose plastic granules.

Equipped as standard with three-way suction valve with quick couplings, they can be stacked thanks to the exclusive interconnection system. Big-bags unloading

Systems for easy unloading of big-bags, also in synergy with central conveying systems. They are equipped with a removable and palletizable top plate complete with hooks to hang the big bag for movement of the same.

Depending on the material contained in the big bags, they are divided into:

• EBF, for free-flow plastic materials
  
• EBB, for difficult materials (powders, regrinds, etc.). Available in different configurations according to the difficulty in flowing of stored material (eg. bag shaking systems, discharge vibration systems, etc.)

Big-bags loading

Vacuum system for loading a big-bag consisting of:

• automatic vacuum hopper loader
• SPB big-bag structure, complete with loading hopper with optical sensor for the detection of the material level in the bag.

MSM offers a wide range of vertical mixers for loose plastic material for single or centralized applications.

Vertical mixers are divided into the following series:

• MV: available in steel or externally painted stainless steel, with capacities from 120 to 330 liters, they are excellent for mixing your material, replacing drums. The suction system bringing the material to the operating machine is very practical. The mixers are mounted next the machine and inlcude electrical panel (continuous rotation or timed rotation). • VMS: available as standard in painted steel (on request in externally painted stainless steel), with capacities from 500 to 20,000 liters, they are functional and highly performing, specifically designed and manufactured to optimize the mixing of different plastics in large quantities, typically in centralized applications.

A particular application of these mixers consists in using them in synergy with drying or dehumidification systems.

LPS series mobile bag emptying station is ideal for the automatic loading of storage silos, with connection to the silo loading pipe by means of a Storz quick coupling.
